PT RC Details is the Sub Module of the Payroll Settings Module.

PT RC Details Add

1. PT RC Details Add
  • If you want to add PT RC Detail then press this button.
 
1)PT RC No:
  • Enter PT  RC No.
  • ex: PRC012345678
2)Place:
  • Enter place name where RC is registered.
3)Branch:
  • Select branch from the given drop down menu.
4)Active:
  • If you want to active the information then switch it with YES otherwise with No.

  • If you want to edit then press this button.

Delete

  • If you want to delete then press this button.

Status

4. Status
  • If you want to put status active then switch it with active mode otherwise inactive mode.
 
*Business Rule:-
1)First grid will display with PT RC No and place.
2)PT RC Number should be an unique number.
3)If once branch is assigned then you can again assign that branch new PT RC number.

  • Set Up> Payroll Settings> PT RC Details
