Communication Settings

 
In communication settings you have to enter three kind of settings SMTP, Email Setting and SMS Setting.

User Name

1. User Name
  • Enter user name which will be organization mail id.

Password

2. Password
  • Enter mail id password.
3

Port Number

3. Port Number
  • Enter port number.
  • Ex: This is gmail's port number.
  • It should be with 3 digits.

Host Server

4. Host Server
  • Enter SMTP Host server name.
  • Ex: smtp.hotmail.com, smtp.yahoomail.com
  • Your web master or server administration should be able to help you setup this correctly.

Enable SSL

5. Enable SSL
  • SSL: Secure Socket Layer
  • Select this checkbox if you want to enable Secure connection between your mail service provider and the application.
  • Usually this will be provided by the mail server at the time of configuration.

Diagnosis Email

6. Diagnosis Email
  • Press this button to diagnosis email.
From:
  • Automatic it will display user name (mail id).
To:
  • Enter mail id to whom you want to send the mail.
Message:
  • Enter the message with 150 characters only.
    Test Email:
  •  press it to send that mail for testing.
    Save Test:
  • After pressing this button it will save the changes of testing process.

7. Email Test Approved
  • After doing save test process it will automatically checked.

Save

8. Save
  • After entering all the information to save it press this button.

Clear

9. Clear
  • If you want to clear press this button.
SMS API:
  • Enter SMS API.
GSM Code:
  • Enter GSM Code.
  • NOTE: This code will be provided to you by your SMS service provider.
User ID:
  • Enter user id.
Password:
  • Enter password.
SMS Test Approved:
  • If test will be approved then it will be checked.
 
1)Phone:
  • Enter phone number to test SMS.
2)Message:
  • Enter message with 150 characters.
3)Test SMS:
  • Press it to send that SMS for testing.
4)Save Test:
  • After pressing this button it will save the changes of testing process.
