Terminal Module is Sub Module of Time Tracking Module.
Terminal Module Gives the information About Punch Detail of the Employee.

Terminal ID

1. Terminal ID
  • Enter the ID of the Terminal Device.
  • Ex.1,2,3,etc..

Terminal Name

2. Terminal Name
  • Enter the name of the Terminal Device.
  • Ex:ABC

Terminal IP

3. Terminal IP
  • Enter an IP Address of the Terminal Device.
  • Ex:192.168.20.7

Port No

4. Port No
  • Enter Port No. of the Terminal Device with 4 digits.
  • Ex:1234

Mode Set

5. Mode Set
  • Choose the Mode For the Terminal Device Whether IN or OUT or IN/OUT.

  • To add terminal press this button.
 
1)Terminal ID:
  • Enter punching Device.
  • Ex:1,2 etc.
2)Terminal Name:
  • Enter Terminal Device Name.
3)Terminal IP:
  • Enter Terminal IP address.
  • Ex:192.168.20.7
4)Port No:
  • Enter port number.
  • Ex:1234
5)Mode Set:
  • Select mode set from the drop down.
 
If this checkbox is checked then it will show IN/OUT mode in the drop down.

  • To edit terminal press this button.

Delete

  • To delete terminal press this button.

Status

9. Status
  • If you want to put status active then switch it with active mode otherwise inactive mode.
