According to the company policy insurance provided to the employees are going to be assigned and viewed in this module.

1) Monthly: If payment is monthly then select this radio button.
2) Quarterly: If payment is quarterly then select this radio button.
3) Half Yearly: If payment is half yearly then select this radio button.
4) Yearly: If payment is yearly then select this radio button.
