Everyone can see the documents.

Here you can maintain index with categories and files.

Add File

4. Add File
To add files click on this button.
 
*Parent Folder: Fist you should select category then you can add file.
  So it will consider it as a parent folder.
*Select File: Select file.
*View: Here you can select public or private view.
If you will select public which means you are allowing others to view the documents.
If you will select private which means you want to allow selected person to view the documents.
*File Tags: Here you can add tags.
Note: Use space key and enter key to stay at same field.
*Description: Enter description.

Add Category

5. Add Category
To add category click on this button.
After clicking on button you will find following information.
 
*Parent Category: By default it will take Root as parent category.
*New Category: Enter new category.

View

6. View
If you want to see list view or big icon view then click this button.

Folder- File

7. Folder- File
Here you can see folder with files.
 
*After clicking on this delete button you will get followed pop up message to delete files.
*After clicking on this delete button you will get followed pop up message to delete category.
*To see file you will get this screen.
You can get the description by clicking on that file.
